How do I claim my NFT/Collectable?

1. Once your purchase of an NFT is processed the page will display your Contribution Receipt and instructions to claim your NFT by email.

2. You will receive 2 emails from Electables. The first email you receive will have the subject “Claim Your NFT Here” and the second email will have the subject “Thanks for your contribution!”. Open the “Claim Your NFT Here” email.

3. Follow the Claim Your NFT button. This will take you to Electables.com to begin minting (uniquely publishing your token on the blockchain) your NFT! Just click the Start button and watch it go. Watch closely because the minting experience only happens once! This might take up to 30 seconds.

4.  Once your NFT/Collectable is minted, you can interact with the item in your Electables account. To learn more about your NFT, see your NFT wallet, show it to friends, send a referral link, and more, click the teal “Let’s Go” button.

Haven’t received your Claim NFT email?

The Claim NFT email and the receipt email should hit your inbox within seconds, so if you’re not seeing it within the first few minutes following your purchase:

  • First, check your Spam folder. Occasionally the Electables.com email may find itself there when you are a new donor. 

If not, contact support@numero.ai with your full name and preferred email address where you’d like to receive the claim email so that we can push that email to the correct inbox.
